Can you explain in detail the real operational and mentality differences you have encountered?
About twelve years ago, I joined the Professione Casa group, as I found it a young group with beautiful innovative ideas and, mainly, a group made up of men and women with whom we could formulate ideas and solve problems at whatever latitude we were .
Over time, after merging with other groups, men have become numbers, which had to give their increase without looking at times of crisis and latitudes, no longer being able to talk and solve problems both with the old points of reference , both with the new ones. I who have experienced the development, personally realizing it in my region with the various problems, up to signing about 21 contracts for the opening of agencies, have seen how it has been possible in a very short time, for company policies, to completely reset Sicily.
